Fixing Motorcycle Racing in Australia.

Shawn Giles taking pillion rides at ASBK Eastern Creek 2009.

*Note: This is a post I have been meaning to write for some time. Finally- here it is!

Since departing the Australian Superbike series in 2009, I have watched the series with a great deal of interest. The racing has been by-and-large fantastic and certainly the top five riders have shown they are world class and put on a worthy show in the company of WSBK, MotoGP and the V8 Supercars.

Where possible, I have helped out a number of riders and people involved in the series- from media training, to PR, advice on social media, disaster management and more. For this I have not been paid a cent. (more…)

Cam and Fab go off the script.

Here’s a video I shot and edited at the recent Australian Grand Prix. It was a fun and challenging collaborative effort. We started with a basic premise and went from there. Both the lads were fantastic about it and I honestly can’t speak higher of Cam McConville- he just aced it!

HRT TV- Clipsal

So I fronted up to Adelaide for Walkinshaw Racing, covering media and related for the Holden Racing Team and the Bundaberg Racing crew. I also worked for Holden Special Vehicles (stay tuned for that!)

Worth a shot?!

Hi There!

I’m sending in these sadly faulty Sennheiser headphones that I purchased in late ’09 after I got a shiny new iPhone 3GS. Now ye olde iPhone has had a few trials and tribulations, but she’s still going.

The headphones have proved slightly less determined to hang in there. They are just quiet and the mic and mic button don’t work.

Anwyay, I *know* I’m supposed to enclose my receipt, but hell it was 15 months ago and while I recall buying them at JB HiFi Bourke st Melbourne- my happy recollections are hardly proof.

But I am relying on two factors her:
• Not sure these have even been available for more than 2 years
• A goodwill gesture to a long time Sennheiser purchaser.

Anyway as they are of no use to me, I may as well send them to you and hope you can see your way forward to honour the warranty.

Kind regards
