Alas a distater befell my WordPress based blog sometime ago and due to time and skill constraints I’ve not been able to get it back up. Thanks to good friend Adam Sleight of SharpSushi, I’m back on the dancefloor (Yes my WP install was hacked with malicious code injected. The code was good enough to get in, not good enough to actually work!).

I’m in NZ this week following the Targa NZ event Tweeting, Facebooking and videoing all that happens.

Some 6 years after we took our round Australia trip comes the recut video- and now on Youtube- where files over 15 minutes are now admitted!
Major changes are few- removed some of my more boring to camera pieces and added the Google Earth data per a request from my late Godfather Greg Armstrong who noted it was confusing.

Aside from the awesome victory the team enjoyed thanks to some collective hard work, the highlight for me this weekend gone was meeting the family and friends of the late Daniel Morris.
Daniel was a local lad who was killed in an industrial accident back in March. Mad keen HRT fan, he’d met GT in ’09 and asked the 2007 V8 Supercar champion to sign his car’s air intake.
I was asked to create a tribute video and decided it would work best as a bookend to our weekend.
